Hi Te38. You're obviously in a pretty bad place right now and unfortunately only time will help heal some of that pain. I don't know what others think, but I agree that you should find a grief counsellor. And whilst it most certainly isn't wrong to want your space at this time, I also recognise those feelings of concern about isolation. It can be deadly to the spirit. Please be careful. If you feel like it's going too dark, then I'd be hoping you have someone you can talk to about it. Maybe a psych or MH team perhaps?
I think we all h**e to show weakness to others, but you can't help how you're feeling, especially after having experienced the loss of your mum. Please be kind to yourself.

Hey.
I get those urges to "run away" although I call it disappearing. If you have the money maybe take a few days out of town somewhere. That's what I do. And it helps the urges go away for at least a couple of months.
